Pavlov VR has the following requirements:

  1. Dependencies need to be installed. They are listed here: Dedicated server - Pavlov VR Wiki
  2. Ports 8177-8277 and 9100-9200 should not be excluded in the Application Port Ranges under Configuration->New Instance Defaults (AMP includes all but a few by default, so this is only relevant if you edited your setup or upgraded from older versions.)
  3. Application Port 2 needs to be 400 above Application Port 1
