Password not working for ADS - Password reset for ADS

AMP was auto logging in and starting fine. It’s possible chromes autofill got confused and tried inputting the wrong login.
I tried all of my regular passwords, as that is what i would have set. I only make unique logins for important stuff like banking etc…

The official instructions linked from the login window state to use the ampinstmgr commandline tool. But that results in an error stating it cant be used to manage ADS.
“[Error] This instance is managed by ADS and cannot have its login details reset.”

I cant find even a single mention of this issue anywhere, so im hoping somone on here can help or give me a lead.

What command did you execute? Did you specify ADS01 as instance?

Thank you. The instructions seem to indicate that we pick the instance we were trying to manage, but I can see now that I misunderstood.
Typing “ampinstmgr resetlogin” and then using “ADS01” as the instance worked perfectly.

Sorry for my misunderstanding.
