Problem Description

Issue

Have Made multiple instances and tried hundreds of time to connect it does not work I would like a full refund.

Reproduction Steps

  • I purchased on 1/10/24
  • Created Instance and tried to connect on multiple computers
  • Created a new instance to try and fix the problem
  • created a ticket to ask for a full refund

There are no refunds for software once it’s activated, but we can definitely help. Can you share where you forwarded the ports in your router? Also manage the Palworld instance and show what ports it has on the Status tab?
