Not receiving login email

Subject: Not Receiving Login Emails

Hi there,

For some reason, I’m not receiving any login emails when trying to access the License Manager or other services. I use GMX as my email provider and have already added Cube Coders to my whitelist, checked my blocked list, and thoroughly searched all folders (spam, junk, inbox, etc.).

I’m not sure what else to try at this point. The last email I received was the purchase confirmation and account login. Interestingly, if I click the old account login link and enter my email, I do receive a login email—but the License Manager and other related links still don’t work, so that’s not much help.

I’d really appreciate it if anyone could suggest any further steps to resolve this issue.

I also use GMX and have the same issue, though mine also seems to include not receiving the license key I purchased :smiling_face_with_tear:

Using a provider other than gmx, email contact@cubecoders.com making sure to include your full name, postal address and the email address you’re struggling with and the licence can be moved to a new email address.

I’m not sure how much this will help you, but after about 26 hours, it finally worked for me. What I did was add @cubecoders.com to my GMX whitelist. That didn’t fully fix the issue right away, but it eventually allowed me to start receiving the emails.

It took me around 30+ tries over two days, but eventually, one of the emails came through instantly. I was then able to change my email to a newly created Gmail account, which finally solved the problem.
