Hello,
I’ve been using AMP for a long time. All of my instances are up to date, as well as ampinstmgr. When I add a new instance, it does not populate any users, thereby not allowing me to assign permissions. I also am unable to add users within individual instances as well, either by accessing the instance via ADS or directly.
I’ve tried updating, restarting, checking file permissions, as well as deleting and recreating instances several times. I’m not sure where to go next. Anyone have any ideas?
