Problem Description
Issue
After updating to Phobos release, port information no longer shows for instances.
Reproduction Steps
- Updated to Phobos release
- ampinstmgr rebind ADS01 0.0.0.0 8080 (Had to run in order to get access back to web server)
- Verified all instances were up to date including AMP Instance Manager
