OS Name/Version: Windows Server 2022

Product Name/Version: (Always use the full version number - not ‘Latest’)

Problem Description: i have created some game instances for various games. but when i create a new user under the instance they can not connect even with super admin permission, but the main account can. i am running the instance in docker, but i have tried non docker and still the same issue. i am new to this. i have searched the forum and discord to no avail so any help be much appriciated.

If you're sharing console output, logs, or commands you have run, please make sure to use code tags
(3x backticks for blocks, 1x backtick for a single line) to help make posts readable. This also
provides syntax highlighting.

Steps to reproduce:

  • Step 1 Installed The Instance of a game server and run
  • Step 2 added a user inside the instance and gave superadmin perms
  • Step 3 connected remotly to the instance with admin account and it worked
  • Step 4 tried to connect with the user account i created and it says
  • This user does not have permission to access this instance. Please ensure that this user has the ‘Manage Instance’ permission within ADS for this instance. but he has superadmin. this is tested from same pc for both users aswell.

Actions taken to resolve so far: Tried multiple things turning on off changing ips etc still nothing. sorry its brief but i not really sure what i have tried as been trying for 9 hours

any help be very much appriciated

Thanks
