New Instansen licens Fix

OS Name/Version:

  • Windows 10 21H1

Product Name/Version: (Always use the full version number - not ‘Latest’)

  • AMP Version 2.4.0.4

Problem Description:

  • The locks show that my license is not recognized and therefore I can not make new instances.

“No valid AMP license was found. Please run ampinstmgr reactivate FiveM02 to reactivate this instance.”

  • and this with every new instant I create

  • I have the problem since I made an update

As first issue

Steps to reproduce:

  • Created new instans

Actions taken to resolve so far:

  • System Neustart und auch den key datai manuel rein kopiert in die instans
  • ampinstmgr reactivate FiveM02

There are all prots Open in network

Re-enter the key under Configuration → New Instance Defaults.

Make sure the instance is actually running, if it won’t start - check that instances own logs.

Yes more times I have also restarted my systeam more times

You need to do this on a command prompt, not in AMP itself.

How do you do that I have windows and do it through the web interface and there I just click on the instans

You open up a command prompt (Start → Run → “cmd.exe”) then type in the ampinstmgr ... command.

You’re using an old version of the AMP Instance Manager. Please update.
