New instance fails to activate with new license

Product Name/Version: AMP 2.6.1 - 20250320.3

Problem Description: Yesterday I updated from a normal license to an advanced license. Since then creating new instance doesn’t work. Looking at the deployment log, it seems that it fails to activate the instance.

An attempt to reactivate this instance was performed within the last 5 minutes, not retrying.

Steps to reproduce:

  • Create a new instance.
  • Launch the instance.
  • Attempt to manage the instance.
  • Notice that the instance cannot be managed and closes soon after.

Actions taken to resolve so far: Attempted to reactivate instance with configuration > Instance Deployment > Deployment Defaults > Reactivate Local Instances. No result and knowledge insufficient to attempt further actions.

Re-enter your Advanced licence in the Licence Key setting and see how that rolls

It seems that every new instance I do I must activate it manually by doing a command.

Check that you have the correct licence key in the main panel’s settings, and that you didn’t enter the development licence by mistake.
