Amp Instance 2.6.0.12
Problem Description:
New install, unable to get to admin login panel. Not sure it related but i thought i would mention i have caddy installed as i am reverse proxy my plex. I had planned to run Amp on Port 9090 and subsequent game instances 9191-9494
Tried as suggested ampinstmgr startall - seems fine, no error messages and then shows this when i check ampinstmgr -status

Actions taken to resolve so far: tried to reinstall several times, removed also the file directory

I added the license manually as i was not given any chance to prior in the setup short of setting and admin password no other options were given to me during setup. The last status is this as of now
