Neoforge server missing mod files

OS Name/Version:
Linux - Ubuntu 24.04.2 on x86_64

Product Name/Version: (Always use the full version number - not ‘Latest’)
AMP ‘Phobos’ v2.6.0.12 (Mainline)

Problem Description:
I installed the Neoforge modpack (ATM 10) and all the server files. I made sure its on the correct version. The console says its running but when i try to join the server it tells me multiple mods are missing when both mod files are exactly the same.

Steps to reproduce:

  • Step 1 - Create instance and install neoforge 21.1.168
  • Step 2 - Copied all mod files and other startup files to the file manager
  • Step 3 - Server boots with zero errors and launches until error comes up

Actions taken to resolve so far:

  • Verified folders were the exact same.
