Need to move AMP to another server - Activations

OS Name/Version: Debian 11

Product Name/Version: Amp Proffesional Edition - 2.5 instance manager

Problem Description:
I had 2 instances of amp on 2 different vms one as target one as controller, I deleted the target but it still shows 4/15 activations, I want to move my controller now to a different vm but what would be the safe way to keep my activations at 0 once I completely uninstall amp?

It’ll sort itself out after awhile, the license system is on a delay
