My license key wont work

Product Name/Version: (Always use the full version number - not ‘Latest’)

Problem Description: my license key isnt working

Steps to reproduce:

  • Step 1 add key
  • Step 2 legit key i paid for
  • Step 3 wont load or add to panel

Actions taken to resolve so far: 0

Double check that you’re using the actual licence key and not the development licence key.

yes i have both but i forget the development one, i have no idea why i have a dev
option key

You get it for free with your licence, just ignore the key and use the proper one.
If that doesn’t work, log into the licence manager using the email associated with your billing info.
