Missing License key and account acces

OS Name/Version: Windows 11

Product Name/Version: Starter edition

Problem Description: I bought the starter edition AMP today(8/28/2025), but i haven’t recieved a license key and i cant login either it says no acount found with emailadress (rubenparent4@gmail.com) even though i haven made an acount and bought the key with this mail adress

Actions taken to resolve so far:

  1. i’ve tried to login multiple times
  2. i’ve checked and refreshed my gmail inbox multiple times over the last half hour

yes i have not there either
