Take a backup

Problem Description

Issue

When I press the take backup button, a loading notification appears for a few seconds then disappears. No backup is taken.

Reproduction Steps

  • Open the panel
  • Go to backups tab
  • Fill out the name and description of to-be backup
  • Press the take backup button

Check AMPs logs (right click the instance → view logs)

Checked it. I don’t see anything from the time I pressed the Take backup button. The last dated file in the AMP logs is from early this morning, a scheduled backup. I am of course right now trying to do a backup manually, with the Take Backup (seems to be called “Create Backup”) button.
