Problem Description

Issue

My Minecraft 1.21.8 server keeps disconnecting players with the message:

Internal Exception: java.net.SocketException: Connection reset

The server itself is stopping on its own, even with a simple vanilla world and plenty of RAM (7.2 GB).

It seems like the server process is being stopped externally. Can you check if there are any automatic limits, health checks, or settings causing this?

Thanks!

We can’t check to see if there are automatic limits, because we don’t run your server.
This is the forum for AMP, not Hostinger support, but we’ll try and get you pointed in the right direction.

I would suggest reading previous logs in the logs folder and any crash-logs to see if there’s anything of note.
