Download the current world file to my PC to play offline

Problem Description

Issue

I’m trying to download the current world file on my server to my computer so I can save the world, play it offline, and make a new world for the actual server. From what I could find, in order to transfer a world from Game Panel to my PC I would need to use a SFTP like FileZilla. So I followed the steps, filled in the blanks as described above, but no matter what I do I cannot get FileZilla to establish a connection to my server. I’m wondering if I have some server setting forbidding remote connections or something but I just don’t know enough about servers to figure this out myself.

Reproduction Steps

  • Clicked the SFTP transfer button in game panel to see the host and address information needed to connect to FileZilla
  • Opened FileZilla and inputted the host information, username and password of my panel login, and the port number for the connection.
  • I clicked quick connect, and the connection failed.
