Minecraft server wont work on seperate computers

OS Name/Version: Windows 10

Product Name/Version: 2.6.2 - 20250617.1

Problem Description:

So i can run a Minecraft.jar file on my host machine and it runs fine, the port forward is fine and i can connect from seperate computers. If i try to make an instance in AMP or move a working instance from my host machine to the AMP instances folder it wont let me connect to the server even though it says the server is running. I also have a working palworld server.

Steps to reproduce:

  • Create new instance
  • Start server
  • Cant Connect

Actions taken to resolve so far:

-Default AMP IP Binding changed to 0.0.0.0
-Default Application IP Binding changed to 0.0.0.0

-serverproperties file changed the ip to blank but forced back to 0.0.0.0 after i try to run the server

-created fresh instances and restarted host machine after changing any settings

-deleted all instances of java and redownloaded JDK 21

-dissabled firewall
