Minecraft - Server keeps randomly crashing

Task

Keep the server alive for more than 2 hours

Problem Description

Issue

I believe I have the proper configuration done for the server to run as smoothly as possible and within the 8GB parameters which we have in contract.
However server keeps crashing from time to time, I try to debug it, however metrics regarding memory usage dont tell about past memory usage in a precise manner nor the console is useful to me as the auto-scroll is on and it cannot be deactivated. Please add a configuration to disable auto-scroll in console, I’m unable to read its logs. And no crash reports are being generated in server files.

Reproduction Steps

    1. Start Server (With Big chad guys + 1.1.8 modpack)
    1. Wait
    1. Eventually crashes

Select text to stop the console from scrolling, otherwise you can read the logs/latest.log
