Problem Description:
Sadly i can´t create Backups since i updated to 2.6.0.0.
I updated the Instance Templates.
When i try to create a backup it always show in the Notifications:

Actions taken to resolve so far:
Restart Instance
Update Template
Restart Root Server
The triggers use UTC time by default, check to see if it’s just a timezone issue
Its set to UTC+1
But the Problem is by trigger and when creating manually
I’d suggest reading the log to see what error it’s giving you. (right click the instance and hit View Logs)

You’ll want to look at a log from whenever it failed to take a backup
I restartet the instance and than i take a backup and this is the log more ist not in the log
Enable debug logging in the instance’s settings, then try again
Where can i enable debug logging i cant find it
Search “logging” in the upper right

There was a try to create a backup
I don’t see an attempted backup in those logs tbh, what happens when you manually initiate a backup?
That are the attemptes to create a manual backup
There’s no attempted backup in that log, it would show in the debug logging (unrelated to those authentication messages)
I am currently in that file: /__VDS__TheSkyisNoLimit01/AMP_Logs/AMPLOG 2024-11-04 20-53-27.log
