I am trying to resolve an issue with incorrect RAM allocation on my hosting plan
Problem Description
Issue
I recently purchased a hosting plan with 8GB of RAM. However, when I log into the control panel and check the system resources, it only shows 2GB of RAM available. I have confirmed that the plan I paid for includes 8GB of RAM, so I believe there might be an issue with the allocation of resources on the server. Please review my account and resolve this discrepancy so that the correct amount of RAM is allocated to my plan. Thank you.
Reproduction Steps
- Logged into the hosting control panel to check the server resources.
- Verified the active plan, which is supposed to include 8GB of RAM.
- Noticed that the system is only displaying 2GB of available RAM.
