Task

Install Create: Perfect World server modpack on Minecraft server

Problem Description

Issue

I am trying to install the Create: Perfect World server pack that I have downloaded from CurseForge, I have been following your instructions (video and written) as well as online searches but cannot get it running. The main problem that I am encountering now, is that the files seem to not be uploading. I get an unmoving progress bar, even when left overnight. I understand that modded Minecraft is a horrendous minefield of pain and frustration, but if there is anything you can do to point me the right direction, it would be greatly appreciated. Reproduction Steps

  • Downloaded Create: Perfect World (server) pack.
  • Unzipped to folder
  • Attempted to upload relevant files to server hosting

Make sure you’re uploading the server pack, not the manifest zip.
If you’re using the web file manager, try using SFTP as it handles larger files a bit better. (connection details in the upper right of the web file manager)
