Other people can’t join my Minecraft Server on Hostinger

Issue
My Minecraft server on Hostinger won’t let any of my friends or my brother connect to it, even when I added the Geyser plugin. Please help me fix this!
Reproduction Steps
- Attempted to get my brother to connect
- Server gave him an error message that he couldn’t connect
- Tried with my friends, same thing
