Task
Friend is unable to place command blocks
Problem Description
Issue
I started the server and gave myself op. I started setting up the server and adding command blocks. I added my friend to server to help with command blocks and other stuff. After giving him op he still can’t place, open, or use command blocks yet I can. But he can run commands and do every other op action available to ops.
Note that I oped myself through the console of the game panel and I oped him in game, but later, after it wasn’t working I oped him through the console aswell but it said this palyer is already an op

- Gave op role full control with server
- gave me, then my friend op
- I can place and use command blocks but he can’t
