play on the server

Problem Description

Issue

The server was working fine with the tps remaining at a nominal 20 most of the time, but while someone was exploring, all of a sudden, the tps drops below 4, and restarting, killing all mobs and so on does not solve the issue

Reproduction Steps

  • make minecraft server
  • fit it with legendary edition modpack
  • explore at random until issue appears

sounds like something wrong with modpack… backup game world…try starting a new map. And see what happens …I’d also contact the mod pack developers maybe they have a clue, but I’m guessing maybe its just some kind of of structure out their or something weird and it just tanks the server…
