Minecraft Java 1.4.7 Modpack stuck in "Starting Server" status even though it's booted fine

I was following this since I ran into the same issue.

I haven’t changed any of the server configurations, and this seems to be solved with the latest update: AMP 'Decadeus' 2.4.2 Release Notes.

Can someone else confirm?
