I want to increase the size of active users for my minecraft server

ive looked online and cant find anything about how to update the amount of active users available at one time. i paid for the best service on the website, and nowhere in the description could i find only 20 people active at once.

Note, this is just the forum for AMP, not Hostinger support, but we can point you in the right direction.
You can find the player limit setting by managing the Minecraft instance, and use the search bar in the upper right. Then you need to restart the server after changing the setting.
