Download a backup and cancel my subscription

Problem Description

Issue

I can’t remember the admin password but it is saved on my browser so I can log into panel but when I try to connect via WinSCP and it asks for admin password I cannot enter to download server backup. When I try to log into the main website on Hostinger.com and it asks for 2FA it does not send a code to my e-mail so I cannot log in to cancel my subscription

Reproduction Steps

  • Create backup
  • Download Backup
  • Login to Hostinger via Gmail

You should talk to Hostinger, they will be providing you with support for your server. We just make the management software.

I cant speak with them unless I log into my account, which I cannot
