I can’t do a backup

Problem Description

Issue

the backup archive is not created, after pressed the button “create backup”

Reproduction Steps

  • click on backups
  • clicked in the button create backup
  • after the notification hide, refreshed the page

Right click the Minecraft instance from the main panel, and press View Logs. That should have a reason as to why the backup failed.
