Problem Description

Issue

Generic error (server should report error description).
Error code: 4
Server error message: I/O error

Most common causes for error code 4 are:

  • Rename file to pre-existing file name.
  • Create a folder that already exists.
  • Moving an external file to another file system (HDD).
  • Upload a file to a full file system (HDD).
  • Exceeding a user’s disk limit.

Reproduction Steps

  • Zip server
  • use WinSCP and connect to AMP
  • Go into Filemanager
  • Drag & drop the zip into the server

Try the Development build. It has some changes in that are supposed to address this issue.

It seems to still happen, Yet Drag & Dropping the Zip file without e.g WinSCP works without an issue.

also If i get the I/O error i still have option for Help, repeat, or skip and skip all, if i choose skip it does upload some file’s, it seems to have an issue with yml files that have Nothing in them but sometimes it did work.
