Minecraft Badrock can't conect in server

Good Morning,

I have minecraft server that was working normal for weeks.

Now I can’t connect to it, it doesn’t show any kind of error.

I can’t connect or connect locally, or via Android, Ipad… Etc… IDK…

I get a message !FAIL TO CONNECT"

is this hosted on the local network?

Yes on a Linux Ubuntu server 20.04 on Hyper-v, it worked for weeks, and then stopped working out of nowhere.

I played from home with my kids normally. It’s not working even here from my work on the local network.
