Task
Creating Backup Manually & Scheduled
Problem Description
Issue
Hi, Im currently having some issues creating backups for my minecraft server. I have a task setup to run every night and that was working for a while. But then I noticed it was not creating anymore. I figured out that was because the default size limits and backup amounts were set. So I removed those variables (just left the boxes blank guessing it removed any restrictions) and that worked for a night. But now its happening again. I tried also setting max numbers in those fields thinking it didnt like having no values set but no luck still. When I run a manual back it starts the task, says “Creating Backup
Building file list…”
But stops a couple seconds after with no errors that I can find. Any help is much appreciated thanks!
Some things ive tried / checked for:
File storage for the VM - It has plenty of space left
Adjusting the values in the backup settings - Ive tried removing the values and setting really high numbers
Different methods of backups - Ive tried setting new tasks thinking one was gltiched, running it manually
Reproduction Steps
- Creating & re-creating a scheduled backup task
- Running manual backups
- Adjusting the backup settings
