Minecraft backup menu and trigger options missing from menus

OS Name/Version: Windows 2025
This is, however, a VM on a Proxmox server.

Product Name/Version: (Always use the full version number - not ‘Latest’)
AMP: 2.6.1.6 - 20250417.2
Minecraft: 1.21.5

Problem Description:
This is a fresh install of AMP and new instance of Minecraft. I restored a previous backup using the restore feature. After I was able to confirm I could login to the Minecraft world and confirmed everything was restored I create the triggers I used before such as stopping the instance, backup, start the instance along with some others. The next day I found all the triggers were gone and there is now no mention of backup options at all for the instance.

Actions taken to resolve so far:
Checked for any Chrome errors in the dev console, none of interest
Used a different browser to see if it would be different
Restarted services, server and Proxmox server
Removed triggers and tried to recreate, still no options

This happens if you change the backup storage path to one that AMP doesn’t have permission to read/write.

The initial backup was successful, Administrators group shows full control of the backups folder and the backup location is the, unchanged, default location. Is there a log/setting I can check that could show more information? Thank you!

Yes, browse that instances datastore and go to the AMP_Logs directory and find the most recent log file.

Thanks Mike, I went ahead and nuked the install and repeated the process and it seems to be working as expected now.
