Migrating Instance to datastore on same machine on Windows

Problem Description:
Hello, I’m currently trying to migrate an instance from one drive to another on the same system. I am on Windows 11 Professional, and the currently available guides I see all refer to various linux distros. I’m wondering if anyone has suggestions on the best way to migrate my instances without data loss, or a step by step guide for migrating a windows instance. Thanks!

The steps are nearly identical, just using the Windows file paths.
If you don’t use a tool like rsync you’ll just need to run ampinstmgr fixperms in an Adminstrator CMD prompt to fix file permissions.
