Problem Description:
Server produces “this instace is not running error when i try to open it”
Says AMP not updated correctly. in log
All other instances on the ADS are running fine tho MC is tho only one not running the generic module. apart from ADS

Steps to reproduce:
Update MC instance from 2.4.4 → 2.4.6.4 and try to launch instance.
Actions taken to resolve so far:
I have followed these steps in the 2.4.5 release notes and in the windows troubleshooting thread and no luck
I have also tried to reactivate the instace and repair amp install and no luck.
