Managment Panel crashes regulary

OS Name/Version: Debian GNU/Linux 11 (bullseye)

Product Name/Version: AMP Phobos v2.6.2.4

Problem Description: Since a few months, the Management Panel instance ADS01 crashes nearly every day and I need to restart it to use it again. It occurs in the form of no connection at all, so I get an error page or an infinitely reconnecting screen.

Steps to reproduce:

  • Start ADS01
  • Wait at least a day

Actions taken to resolve so far:

  • Always updated to the latest versions
  • Searched for similar issues here, but found nothing

Have you checked the logs? If there are no logs then this implies an out-of-memory issue where the OS is killing AMP.

Hey, thanks for the fast answer. I’ve now gone into the AMPLOG for ADS01. There are logs and I don’t see anything unusual, the logs just end with no error message or whatever. Memory shouldn’t be any problem, right now there are over 30 GB of memory free, however I installed a logger to check this.

Edit 1 day later: Connection to the Backend was lost again. I checked the memory usage and in this time period always at least 30 GB were free.
