OS Name/Version: Ubuntu 24.04 LTS
Product Name/Version: AMP Release “callisto” v2.5.0.12
Problem Description:
I’m using AMP for for the time. When trying to login using the public FQDN of the server i get a "Loading plugins one moment please… " that spins for ever. This happens when connecting with any user, including the Super admin.
This does not happen when i connect with the Public or private IP Address, or when connecting directly to the instance id eg… public.tld/?instance=ID
Other notes:
I’m using cloudflare DNS with proxy enabled, and SSL/TLS encryption mode is Full (Strict).
Steps to reproduce:
Step 1: using public FQDN of server, enter username and password
Step 2: watch the “loading plugins…” spin
Actions taken to resolve so far:
Rebooted, checked for updates, configured new users with full Super Admin
EDIT:
Looks like adding a “Cache:Bypass” policy in Cloudflare fixed the issue.
Edit 2: Stopped working again.
