Ive upgraded my license key to a professional edition, still cannot clone an instance

Problem Description:

Failed to clone instance
Instance cloning requires a Professional licence or above.

I purchased a professional license and redeployed it in my amp command terminal but I still cannot clone an instance.

Steps to reproduce:

  • ampinstmgr reactivateall
  • input license key
  • restart amp

Actions taken to resolve so far:

Ive tried restarting the entire machine as well as amp itself.

When you start AMP, does its most recent log say Professional Edition?

If you can provide the info Mike requested we can probably get this resolved pretty quickly for you. Also if you can please share the output of reactivating (do not include your key in the logs).
