Is there a Half-Life 2: Deathmatch template?

I’ve seen this question asked before, but couldn’t find an answer. Is there already a template that supports HL2DM, or will I need to create my own from the generic module?

Strange considering there is a Deathmatch Source and Deathmatch classic template. Perhaps HL2DM uses the same template as Deathmatch Source?
