Problem Description: I have previously used AMP and it was hosted using a virtualized copy of Windows Server which is now unavailable for access. I need to be able to remove the “used instances” that are in my account now so I can reinstall AMP and use it within a new instance. Please advise.

There’s no need to clear out activations before setting things up again, AMP’s licence system has some built-in leeway for migrations.
Deleted instances will drop off the tracker over time, so you’re all good to go.
