OS Name/Version: Ubuntu 24.04.2 server

Product Name/Version: AMP Release “Phobos” v2.6.1.6, built 21/04/2025 13:43

Problem Description:

can’t acces ssh services for any of my instances, where can i define a password or why is AMP not using the same as ubuntu account?

Steps to reproduce:

  • Step 1 start instance
  • Step 2 connect to ssh on port 2226
  • Step 3 can’t login, wrong password

AMP uses a pared down SFTP server that has limited SSH functionality.

You use your panel login credentials for that server (unless you have set up public key auth).

it doesn’t work..already tried same credentials for AMP. but i get the same wrong password error

Do you have 2FA or OIDC enabled?

nevermind, had to disable 2FA and now it’s working, thank you !
