Problem Description: After upgrading the instance, the AMP service is no longer listening on the network. The service starts, no errors in the logs, but isn’t reachable.

Actions taken to resolve so far: I’ve tried using the -nocache option when running the upgrade without success. I have also tried downloading the installer and doing a repair install. Netstat shows nothing listening on port 8080.
