Installed AMP on different PC and signed in by creating new account with same pro license but does not show previous instances

Problem Description:

Installed AMP on different PC and signed in by creating new account with same pro license but does not show previous instances. My license shows I have 3 instances created but that was on different OS and PC. I just installed AMP on my Main PC (win11pro 25h2) and had to create a new user name and PW but its not showing my previously created instances.

I also switched to Zorin OS(18.1) on a secondary PC and installed AMP and its making me roughly do the same by creating another username and PW, i’m assuming I won’t be able to see those previously created instances as well.

How can I recover those instances or delete those instances this way I don’t use up my “Usages”?

That FAQ doesn’t tell me about how to recover previously created instances but I am assuming that FAQ you are directing me to is that, I cannot recover old instances? or that to recover old instances, I have to remove license from one machine and use it on another? how long does it take till the previously created instances reset? Does using the “backup” feature transfer through the license or is it machine based?

I apologize for some many questions. I tried looking through forums about anything similar to what I am asking but most have been longer than 30 days and are no longer being responded to.

Having old activations present will not stop you from using your licence in the mean time.

I have read the post but it does not answer my question about created “instances”/servers. I just tested this and created a palworld server on 1 PC(main) and then installed AMP on a different PC(server), went through the setup process (username and PW), used same license, I do not see the created palworld server(instance) and both PCs are on same network. I am new to this whole thing and am still learning about this service so, bare with me. I understand that FAQ post talks about licenses and I understand that the License can be used on multiple PCs and that it will reset on its own, over time, but it does not tell me how to recover old instances/servers that was created previously from different PC.
