Problem Description

Issue

ERROR! Failed to install app ‘2278520’ (Missing configuration)

It might need to login to steam before it can install this but i cannot see where i set this instance to use steam login details

Reproduction Steps

  • Click add game
  • Click on Enshrouded
  • ERROR! Failed to install app ‘2278520’ (Missing configuration)

Were you able to get this resolved? I am running into the same error.

UPDATE: I was able to resolve this, turns out the instance was no longer activated as indicated by the instance logs:

[18:50:17] [Core Error/1] : No valid AMP licence was found. Please open a shell as the ‘amp’ user and run ampinstmgr reactivate to reactivate this instance.

running the reactivate command with the appropriate instance name got everything working for me.
