Import old Minecraft logs for Analytics

Problem Description:

I just purchased a new license to be able to use Analytics for my Minecraft instances.

My current instance is a few days old and I am missing the data from before the new license activation. Is there a way to import log files from the past and include them in the analytics?

Unfortunately there’s no way to import the old data - the analytics doesn’t work by analysing the logs but rather by picking up the player join/leave events produced by AMP itself while the server is running.

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately that means that my newly purchased license is pretty useless. Can I get a refund on the Advanced License (and the Professional License that I bought before that because I thought that would have Analytics).

AMP cannot be refunded once it has been activated. Especially since we don’t advertise the ability to import logs for analytics so we’ve not failed to deliver what was offered. You will get analytics for anything that happens from now onwards, but nothing historic I’m afraid.
