Im having trouble pay for a licence key, its not accepting paypall or card

Problem Description: Can’t pay for the licence key, no matter what i try

  • Step 1: Click on Buy amp
  • Step 2: Complete the application process
  • Step 3: get denied or card declines (not for lack of funds)

Actions taken to resolve so far: used vpn, used both paypal and card, contacted support
