-When I purchase a professional version with 15 instances, what does that mean? Does it mean I can install AMP on 15 PCs simultaneously, or that I can run 15 game servers on a single PC?

-Is there a “demo” version to create a server in practice and see at least one server running? From the images and documentation, AMP seems to serve my purpose, but I’d like to confirm.

It means you can set up and configure 15 game server instances. So you could have 15 on one system or something like 10 on one system and 5 on another for instance.

There is no demo per-se, you can install AMP and check it works on your system - but to actually deploy the game servers you’ll need to buy it.
