Steps taken:
- Turn on “start at boot” inside the instance.
- Turn on “Autostart instance”
- Turn off the server pc through the task scheduler.
- Turn on the server PC, and try joining the mincraft server on client PC.
I want the instance to start at boot without needing to log into the server PC. Currently when i log in and check. The instance sits at idle.’
I’m using the task scheduler because I want my server PC to be shut down between 2:00 and 9:00. I use the bios to initiate startup at 9:00. Previously, I used the task scheduler to start the server at startup, but after a Windows update, this stopped working:/
