Issue

I deleted files in the path /var/lib/docker/overlay2 and noticed that that wasn’t the best idea. Can I fix them somehow? or is this only possible by reinstalling?

Can I keep the instances? That would be very important to me

Reproduction Steps

  • I have delete Files
  • i have delete files
  • i have delete files here /var/lib/docker/overlay2

The instance files are fine since they aren’t stored there.
You’ll want to stop all your instances, then uninstall/reinstall docker according to their documentation.
Then you should be okay to start the instances again.
