I am installing AMP for the first time and it is asking me for a login. I haven't created a log in. For Windows

Product Name/Version: (Always use the full version number - not ‘Latest’)

Problem Description: Asking me for a login that I have not created.

Actions taken to resolve so far: Reinstalled and put in my credentials from the cubecoders login

If its in the first stage of the setup, its asking you to choose your login details. As in what you want the username and password will be once setup is completed.

If it’s in the second stage where its in a web browser, then it wants the details you supplied during setup. If you’ve forgotten them then you can reset them by running:

ampinstmgr resetlogin ADS01

In a command prompt. The default username is ‘admin’
